Hotel Room

This long time occupied hotel room was given a much needed flip after its occupant was evicted for non-payment. Wall paper was removed, a complimentary three tone paint job applied, New bath and electrical fixtures installed, carpet laid down, and a super scrub down later, and this room now commands 20% more rent per night! Not to mention it is now a more eye catching and pleasant experience for hotel guests.
One Bedroom Loft

Before ECO Building Solutions came along, this apartment was a disaster: A bathroom that looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in years, a kitchen so full of grease you slipped just walking in, and walls so full of holes you'd think they were made of swiss cheese. After our work, however, it looks better than new: tons of drywall work, a two tone paint job, new carpet, new vinyl, new toilet, and a heck of a scrub job, and anyone would now be proud to call this apartment home!
Two Family Exterior Staircase
This staircase had rotted and unsafe written all over it. What we thought would be just replacing a few treads turned out to be an almost complete rebuild. But now the family that lives upstairs can safely exit and enter the home.
Three Bedroom New Floor
On top of the new paint job and flip this apartment received, we're particularly proud of the new PERGO floor that we installed. It really gives this apartment a sleek, modern feel.
